SAMPLES, Jackie Wayne age 64 of Cincinnati passed away at the University Medical Center on Saturday, August 17, 2013. He was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on April 25, 1949 the son of Verlin and Lucille (Partin) Samples. Jack served in the United States Army from 1969-1970. On October 28, 1969 he married Karen Sullivan in Vanceburg, Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife Karen Samples of Cincinnati; a daughter, Angela and her husband William Sanchez of Cincinnati; two sons, Tony Samples of Cincinnati and Justin of Samples of Cincinnati; and four grandchildren, Jackie Wayne, Kelsie, Brittany, and Mikey. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jackie Wayne "Jay"; and a daughter, Melissa Samples.
