HADDIX, Jacob P. age 25, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 15, 1991 to Kathy J. Haddix (nee Grace) and Roy Haddix.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Russell L. Grace. Jacob is survived by his mother, Kathy J. Haddix; father, Roy Haddix; brother, Joshua R. Haddix; aunt, Suzanne (Steve) Gentile; uncle, Geoffrey W. (Sally) Grace; grandmother, Dorothy L. Grace; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Jacob, contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. Funeral Ceremony will be at 7:30 pm Tuesday, January 10, 2017 with a visitation from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
