CORNELIUS, Jacquelyn Ruth age 30 of North College Hill passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013 the daughter of Thomas M and Deborah (Hensley) Smiddy. She was employed at Goodwill Industires.

Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Thomas M. Cornelius; her uncle, George Hensley; her maternal grandparents, James and Joyce Hensley; and her paternal grandparents, Paul and Joyce Hall. She is survived by her mother, Deborah and her husband Steven Smiddy of North College Hill; her brother, John Cornelius and his children, Jayla and Gracelyn of Mount Healthy; her uncles, Jim Hensley and his wife Candy of Harrison, Ohio, Bob Hensley and his wife Sandy of Tampa, Florida, and Dennis Hensley of Mount Healthy, Ohio, Johnny Spencer and his wife Angel of Deputy, Indiana, and Bruce Cornelius and his wife of Indiana; step-brother, Kyle Smiddy and his wife Jennifer and their son, Zane of Maineville, Ohio; step-sister, Shasta Napier and her husband Matt and their children, Gabe, Alex, and Max of Clarksville, Ohio; and other relatives and friends.
