Carchedi, James "Jim" age 89, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019. He was born in Lowellville, Ohio on May 6, 1930 to Vito and Giovanna Carchedi (nee Annello).
He was preceded in death by his father, Vito Carchedi; mother, Giovanna Carchedi; his wife, Doris Rose Carchedi (nee Ort); his sisters, Yolanda Carchedi, Jeannette McClure, Thomasina Becker, Catherine "Katie" Ventre, Barbara Carchedi, Carmella "Pat" Harper. James is survived by his son, James Carchedi; his daughter, Iris Steioff; his nephew, Vito Carchedi; his niece, Ramona Randolph; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In loving memory of James, contributions may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 6pm until 9pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 10am at St. Martin of Tours Church, 3720 Saint Martin Place, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
