Chris Ashcraft

Chris "Cuddy" Ashcraft, a beloved father, brother, and friend, passed away on February 3, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky, at the age of 55. Born on February 6, 1969, in Covington, Kentucky, Chris was known for his selfless nature, kindness, and a sense of humor that brought joy to those around him.

He dedicated much of his life to spending time with his family and friends, always making room in his heart for the laughter and love they shared. Chris had a variety of interests that showcased his vibrant spirit; he enjoyed fishing, engaged in sports, and had a deep appreciation for animals, especially his cherished cats. Additionally, he found joy in exploring new foods, often sharing meals with his loved ones.

Chris is survived by his beloved daughter, Staci Carissa Ashcraft; sister, Brandy Frances (Quincy) Barrett; brother, Jason Kelly Ashcraft; and sister, Rachel Inez (Matt) Toole. He is also survived by his aunt, Chena Alene (Terry Eugene) Campbell; uncle, Frankie Thomas Bloemer; and aunt, Anita Louise Baker, along with a host of other family members and friends who will dearly miss him.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Barry Ashcraft; mother, Brenda Joyce Ashcraft (nee Rolph); the love of his life and soulmate, Michelle Lynn Burton; his uncles, Jerry Ashcraft and Jesse Ashcraft, as well as his aunt, Annie Ashcraft.

Visitation services for Chris Ashcraft will be held on February 13, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky, 4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018.

Chris's legacy of kindness and laughter will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind not just memories but a profound sense of love that will forever be cherished.
