James E. Gardner Sr.

James Edward Gardner Sr., "Tiny", born January 12, 1940 to the late beloved Katherine Stallworth and Dave Harris. He was born, raised and educated on the west end of Cincinnati, OH. James served our country in the US Army. He careered in the field of construction and auto mechanics. He loved playing cards, coon, chess, dominos, listening to music and having great family BBQs.

In 1956 James wedded the late Gladys Marie Wright Gardner. Through their union they were blessed with 8 children; Lisa Gardner (deceased), Shelby Gardner (Baby Girl), James Jr., Thomas Gardner Ronald Gardner (deceased), Michael Gardner, David Gardner and Al Gardner. James and Gladys were blessed with 42 grandchildren and 80 great grandchildren.

After the passing of his beloved Gladys, wife of 44 years, James married Norma Jean Allen Gardner in 2001. They shared a beautiful life together with 3 children, Debra, Patricia and Shawn; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 sisters Linda and Yvonne; and brother Ronald.

He also leaves to cherish his memory, 3 sisters Tina Smith, Regina Harris and Rosemary; 6 brothers Leroy Wright, Leonard Harris, Lewis Harris, David Harris, John Stallworth and Edward Harris; and first cousin Brenda Stallworth. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Isac Face and Raymond Harris; 3 aunts Nanny, Mary Stallworth and Gertral Stallworth; and grandmother Alice Stallworth, known as baw-baw.
