Foster, James Sr. age 69, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 23, 1946 to Tommie L. and Maggie Ice (nee Foster).
He was preceded in death by his father, Tommie L. Ice, Sr. James is survived by his beloved children, Kimberly J. (Brian) Scott, James Foster, Jr., Michael (Vivian) Davis; grandson, Kadawni A. Scott; mother, Maggie Ice; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 4:00 pm Thursday, September 1, 2016 with a visitation from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
