FENDER, James L. "Jimmy" age 52, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on March 3, 1964 to William Fender and Bertie Smith (nee Watkins).

He was preceded in death by his father, William Fender; brothers, Darrell Fender, Thomas Stokley. James is survived by his beloved mother, Bertie Smith; daughter, Brandi Kilmer; brother, Dana (Lynnette Schirmer) Barnette; sister, Lillian (Joseph) Arisah; step-sister, Donna Baker; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be at 7:00 pm Monday, October 3, 2016 with a visitation from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
