James Frederick Saylor

James Frederick Saylor, age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He was born in Wallins Creek, Kentucky on September 11, 1933 to John Henry and Bertha Saylor (nee Fugate).
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Gamble Saylor, his parents, his son, Jimmy Saylor and his siblings, Ray Saylor, William Saylor, Charlotte Mills and Morris Lee Saylor.
James is survived by his children, Dean (Theresa) Saylor, Johnny (Carol) Saylor, Bobby (Brenda) Saylor, Mike (late Debbie) Saylor, Judy (late Dee) Moser, Chynne "Bo" (late Carol) Saylor, Kathy (Cecil) Ingle and Jeffery Saylor.
He is the grandfather of Kimberly (David) Brant, Dean Saylor, Kristina Saylor, Shannon (Gary) Dickey, Joanie Saylor, Amanda (Curt) Heiden, Ernie Sizemore, Johnny Saylor Jr., Robert (Heather) Saylor, Bridget Saylor, Brian Saylor, Mike (Dawn) Saylor, Scott (Rhonda) Saylor, Lisa (Roger) Saylor, Jamie (Travis) Smith, Wayne Moser, Tony (Amy) Moser, Jimmy Moser, Jessica (Donnie) Saylor, Bo Jr (Samantha) Saylor, Cecil Allen (Dorothy) Ingle, James Carl Ingle and the late Sandy Saylor.
Additionally, he has 50 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
He will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews and their family, and many more friends.
James was a huge UK Wildcat basketball fan. He would "watch" the radio when the game was on. He enjoyed fishing, the Reds and the Bengals.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio (45211) from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 12 Noon. Burial will follow in Baltimore Pike Cemetery.
