Janet Carlisle

Janet Carlisle, age 89, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2024. Born on February 19, 1935, in Cincinnati, she was the cherished daughter of Virgil and Mary Pauline Helton (née Gaines).

Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Pauline and Virgil Helton and her great-grandson, Clae Senteney. She leaves behind a loving family, including her daughters Kathy (John) Stillwell, Robin Teague, Belinda Homan, Melissa Knue, and sons Kevin Carlisle, Perry Carlisle, and Michael Carlisle, along with many other relatives and friends who will deeply miss her.

Throughout her life, Janet found joy in a variety of pursuits. She had a talent for crocheting and enjoyed engaging in crossword puzzles, coloring, and reading. An avid card player, Janet also had a fondness for watching classic films. Christmas held a special place in her heart, as she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren during the holiday season.
