Janet Elaine (Wells) Smith, age 70, of West Chester, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021. She was born in Kankakee, Illinois on November 19, 1949 to the late, Rev. Roy and Mary Wells.
Janet retired as a teacher with Great Oak Schools.
Janet is survived by her beloved husband, Stewart Peter Smith of West Chester, OH.; daughter, Anita Wheeler of Batavia, OH.; brothers, Marvin (Joy) Wells of Franklin, TN., and Randall (Debra) Wells of Blacklick, OH.; nieces, Dawn (Javier) Gonzalez, Lindi (Nate) Martsolf, Kellie (Chris) Berlean; and nephew, Daren (Jennifer) Wells.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements we handled by Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel in Mt. Healthy.
