Jase Noah Collins newborn, of Manchester, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born on Saturday, September 21, 2013 to Kelly and Jamie (Price) Collins in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jase is survived by his loving parents, Jamie and Kelly Collins; sister, Karlee Collins. Also survived by great aunt, Dorothy Thacker; grandparents, Verna Mitchell, Kenneth Price; great grandparents, Helen and Jack Collins. Jase will be cherished and missed by a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Kelly Collins Sr.,
