Durkin, Jason Scott age 21, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. He was born in Fairfield, Ohio on May 12, 1997 to James and Jennifer Durkin (nee Bishop).

Jason is survived by his parents, Jennifer and James Durkin; brothers, Joshua Bishop, Jacob (Jackie) Napier; nieces, Ardynn Bishop, Lydiah Bishop; nephew, Chance Bishop; grandmother, Sandra Hopke; great-grandfather, Roy Scheid; and a host of other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Monday, November 5, 2018 with a funeral ceremony to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
