JAXSON TRAVIS PROCTOR. Beloved son of Travis & Jessica Proctor. Born and Passed Monday, November 2, 2015.
Dear grandson of Randall A. & Regina Proctor and Jerry & Judy Ulm. Dear nephew of Randall P. Proctor, Jeremy Proctor, Robert (Ginger) Phillips, Jodie Ulm and Jimi Ulm. Dear great-grandson of Rose Proctor and the late Lou Proctor and Jerry (Lois) Ulm, Sr. and Shirley Stanley. Also survived by many other great aunts, uncles,cousins and friends of the family.
Graveside service at 1:00 PM Friday, November 6th at the Baltimore Pike Cemetery 3200 Costello Ave. 45211 (Meet at front gate of the cemetery).
Sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to, Shriners Hospital for Children, Cincinnati, in Jaxson's memory.
