Gilliam, J.C. age 84, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016. He was born in Lee County, Virginia on June 27, 1932 to Edward Lewis and Pearlie Gilliam (nee Bailey).
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Abbie Meade. J.C. is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Deborah Giliam (nee Accordino); his daughters, Sandra (Russell) Stegman and Kimberly (Gary) Merkle; his son, Darrell Gilliam; his grandchildren, Danielle Stewart, Anthony (Lauren) Harmon, Zachary (Brittany) Stewart, Brad Harmon, Kyle Harmon, Josh Merkle and Jon Merkle; and a host of other family members and friends.
