Jean Kimbrell Wright, age 83 of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 27, 1929 the daughter of Dr. Lawrence Vernon and Rena Inez Kimbrell. She was employed as a speech therapist in the Ann Arbor, Port Huron, and Detroit school systems. Jean was a loving wife and mother and an avid collector of American Brilliant Period Cut Glass. She and her husband Paul also enjoyed the cultivation of orchids and a member of the American Orchid Society. Jean was married to Dr. Paul Wright in 1956.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Dr. Paul Wright currently of Lebanon, Ohio; her son, Edward Wright and his wife Heather of Cincinnati; her daughter, Alison Briolat and her husband Richard of Lebanon, Ohio; two grandsons, Ian and Colin Wright of Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was much loved by her family and will be dearly missed.
