Jean Scheidt, age 88, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024. She was born in Lee County, Virginia on June 8, 1936 to Ulysses and Bertha Ayers (nee Branham).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur A. Scheidt, mother, Bertha Ayers, father, Ulysses Ayers and 2 sisters. Jean is survived by her children Doug Scheidt, Lisa (Patrick) Mulcahy, grandchildren, Patrick (Sarah) Mulcahy, Jordan Mulcahy, Great-Grandchildren, Nora Mulcahy, Tessa Mulcahy, 6 sisters and 1 brother, and a host of other family members and friends.
Jean enjoyed bowling, reading, playing cards, camping, and spending time with her family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cincinnati Association for the Blind 2045 Gilbert Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45202 or Suncrest Hospice - Cincinnati 9050 Centre Pointe Drive Suite 100 West Chester Township, OH 45069.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, June 27, 2024 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 1:15 pm pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
