Jeanette H. Anderson

Jeanette H. Anderson was born November 25, 1916 in Georgetown, Kentucky to the late Benjamin Welton and Alice Elizabeth Williams and went home to the Lord on January 24, 2017. She was married to the late Lafe Anderson, and from this union came four children. She leaves to cherish her memory: Betty Anderson, Lafayette (Barbara) Anderson, Robert (Ann) Anderson, and Jennie Bennett; one brother-in-law James Salyard, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Jeanette loved the Lord and enjoyed singing and praising him. She would move her hand in the air and you knew what that was all about. She loved spending time with her family, singing, and cooking. She always made sure she had snacks for her grandchildren when they came to visit and made sure that they had some to take with them when they left. She was also an artist, and would draw all different types of designs and cut out pictures to make collages that looked professional. Jeanette helped everyone; raising her siblings and great-grandchildren (Dion and Marcus), giving away furniture so someone else could fill their home, cooking meals, and many other acts of kindness. She will truly be missed.
