Jeanette R. Herbers

Herbers, Jeanette R., age 95, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016. She was born in Corsicana, Texas on March 11, 1921 to the late George and Lillian Dalton. Jeanette married her 'dance partner', Walter, with whom she raised 9 children. Perhaps to keep her sanity, she developed a passion for the outdoors, gardening, sunbathing and an overall love for nature. In her garden, she would grow anything possible and her family reaped the benefits by enjoying the fruits (and vegetables) of her labor.

Jeanette will be deeply missed by her Children; Tod A (Suzanne) Herbers, Gayle (Bob) Naegele, Paula S Herbers, Elaine (Steve) Ciulla, Laurie (Gene) Smith, Brian J. (Debbie) Herbers, and Wayne F. (Kelly) Herbers; 16 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. In addition to her Parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by her Beloved Husband, Walter F. Herbers; Daughter, Trudy Herbers, and Son, Randy (Sue) Herbers.

Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, May 4, 2016 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice through their website www.Vitas.com.
