Jeffrey is survived by Ellen L. Fronk of West Harrison, Indiana and brother Edward Eissing of Loves Park, IL;
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Services will be at Newcomer Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 7:00 pm.
