Sams, Jerry Lee age 58, of Dayton, Kentucky passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on September 24, 1964 to Jerry and Mary Sams (nee Lewis).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Sams and brother, Billy Sams. Jerry is survived by his beloved daughters, Jessica (Don) Sams and Stacy (Andrew) Myers; father, Jerry Sams, Sr.; grandchildren, Jazerae Stanley and Drake Myers; siblings, Joey (Melissa) Sams, Sr., Chris (Brittany) Sams and Tonia Sams; and a host of other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Jerry, contributions may be made to the Disabled Veterans Association.
