Jessica M. "Jessy" Horn, age 31, of Sycamore Township, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 25, 1987 to Albert and Julia Horn (nee Imholte).
Jessy is survived by her beloved parents, Albert and Julia Horn; daughter, Serena Horn; fiancé, Greg Turner; brothers, Jeremy Horn, Joshua Horn; grandmother, Irene Horn-Mitchell; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 6:00 pm Saturday, September 22, 2018 with a visitation from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
