Houglin, Jessica Lynn age 38, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on September 5, 1981.
She was preceded in death by her father, Brian Belew; her brother, Tyler Belew; and her grandfathers, Ken Houglin and William Belew. Jessica is survived by her beloved son, Brent Houglin; her mother, Lisa Belew; her grandmother, Phyllis Houglin; her brothers, Zack Belew, Kenny Pitcher and his mother, Becky Hatton; and a host of other family members including, Ronnie Pitcher.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4:00pm until the time of service at 6:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
