Jill B. Hayes

Hayes, Jill B. (Clark) age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018, after a long illness. She was born on July 25, 1943 to Charles E. and Lydia J. Clark (nee Howell). Jill was a graduate of Frankfort High School, Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, Kentucky, and earned her Master's Degree in Education at Xavier University. She married Jack J. Hayes on June 27, 1970. She taught third grade at Springmyer Elementary for 33 years, and ushered at the Aronoff Theater for many years. Jill and Jack own a Newmar motor home and are members of the Buckeye Kountry Travelers Club. One of their most memorable trips was to Alaska, and they took many other trips throughout the United States.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Joann Clark Conway; her brother, Charles "Charlieboy" E. Clark Jr.; Jill is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Jack J. Hayes of Cincinnati, Ohio; her sisters, Julie Clark Cullen of Cumming, Georgia and Janet Clark Roberts of Lebanon, Ohio; her brother, Robert S. Clark of Frankfort, Kentucky; her sister-in-law, Janice Petrella Clark of Frankfort, Kentucky; dear long time friends, Ron and Iva Reisz; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 1:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
