Vincent, Joan C. age 74, of Blue Ash, Ohio, formerly of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 3, 1945 to Urban and Elinor Krogmann (nee Posegate).
She was preceded in death by her parents. Joan is survived by her beloved son, Jarrett (Melissa) Sheppard; granddaughter, Sophia Sheppard; sister, Barbara (Don) Hesse; close friend, Maureen Gegan; and a host of other family members and friends.
The family is planning a private ceremony at a later date.
