Joan C. Weingartner, 80, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 14, 1941 to the late Edward and Louise Weingartner (nee Albert).
She was an avid community organizer in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for many years. Joan was the first City Administrator for the City of Crestview Hills from 1986-1995.
Joan is survived by her beloved son, Jonathan (Courtney) Kay; dear friend, Elizabeth Susanne Murphy; and a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a Gathering at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions on June 4, 2022 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
