Joann passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 25, 1932 in Kingsport, TN to Elbert Frye and Minnie Frye.
Joann is survived by her husband, Dallas H. Alvis of Cincinnati; son, Dallas Alvis of Cincinnati; son, Daniel H. Alvis of Cincinnati; daughter, Sharon A. King of West Harrison, IN.; daughter, Pam L. Fahringer of Fairfield; son, Randy L. Alvis of Lebanon. Cherished grandmother of numerous grandchildrens and great grandchildren. Joann will be missed by a host of family and friends.
Graveside services for Joann Kathleen Alvis, age 80 of Cincinnati, will be held privately.
