John Gregory Baer

Baer, John Gregory age 62, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on April 9, 1959 to John "Jack" G. and Madalyn Baer (nee Cullinan).
He was preceded in death by his father, John "Jack" G. Baer. John is survived by his beloved mother, Madalyn Baer; son, Johnathon "Jon" (Brittany Stewart) Baer; granddaughter, Everly Baer; siblings, Mary (Derby) Garrett, Robert (Diana Lynn) Baer, Edward (Amy) Baer, LuAnne (Mitch Lambert) Baer and Joseph (Paul Cook) Baer; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of other family members and friends.
John enjoyed writing songs and playing his guitar. He was also an excellent pool player. He loved to fish and spend his time outdoors, especially at a family cabin in the woods, where he was an avid reader. He had a great heart and a strong work ethic. He was loved by many and will be missed.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
Following the memorial service the celebration of life will be continued at the Willow Event Center at 7881 Colerain Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45239.
