John Lewis Lampkin Jr., age 60 of Cincinnati passed away at his residence on Monday, December 24, 2012. He was born in Midnight, Mississippi on February 3, 1952 the son of John Lewis Lampkin Sr. and Bertha Lee (Carter) Lampkin. He was employed as a baker for the Butternut Bakery Company.
A visitation will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231, on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Burial will be held at the New Pleasant Grove M.B. Church Cemetery in Bentonia, Mississippi.
