DOTSON, John Paul age 77, of Green Township, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014. He was born on October 2, 1936 in Gettysburg, Ohio to the late Reverend Ray C. and Nola (Loevenguth) Dotson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Ray C. Dotson and Nola L. Dotson; brother, Ray C. Dotson II; and sisters, Elizabeth Anne "Betty" (Dotson) Haerr, and Donna Sue (Dotson) Parker. John is survived by his beloved wife of forty-six years, Venita F. (Bartling) Dotson; children, Amy L. Douglas, Ray C. Dotson III, John F. (Lisa) Dotson, and Anne E. Dotson; fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother-in-law, Dave Haerr. John will be loved and cherished by a host of other relatives and friends.
He was employed in restaurant equipment and supplies sales for years. In loving memory of John, contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
