John passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Maderia Health Care Center. He was born on April 20, 1928 in Birmingham, Alabama to Willie Walton and Alma E Walton. He was a member of St. Barnabus.
He is survived by his daughter, Sandra A. Bell; daughter, Pamela J. Walton; daughter, Beverly M. Dorsey; daughter, Denise Evans; daughter, Darlene Walton; son, John W Walton, Jr.; daughter, Deondra Hyde. Cherished grandfather of nineteen and greatgrandfather of thirty. John will be missed by a host of family and friends.
Funeral service for John Willie Walton, age 84 of Cincinnati, will be Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 12:00 PM at the New Unity Baptist Church, 2124 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219. Rev. Mark A. Tony will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Unity Baptist Church, 2124 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219
