Johnnie Laswell

Johnnie passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Bethesda North Hospital. He was born on December 6, 1950 in Rockcastle County, KY., to Marshell Henry Laswell and Lexie Ethyl Laswell. He was an avid musician playing in local Music groups. J.W. was a Vietnam Army Veteran with two Bronze Stars. J.W. was a Mentor and Friend to all who knew Him; and in memory is a Organ and Tissue Donor to enable his Love to continue thru Life .

He is survived by his son, Jayson Lee Laswell; son, Johnnie M Laswell; son, Jeremy Laswell; as well as other family and friends.

Funeral service for Johnnie Wayne Laswell, age 61 of Cincinnati, will be Sunday, May 06, 2012 at 5:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 7830 Hamilton Ave. Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231. Rev. James Love Sr. will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dayton National Cemetery on Monday, May 7. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 06, 2012 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home,7830 Hamilton Ave. Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.
