Carter, Joseph Wayne "Joe" age 50, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 20, 1968 to Richard J. and Christine Ervin (nee Langdon).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Ervin; and sister, Sherry Lynn Carter. Joe is survived by his beloved friend, Amy Steel; father, Richard J. (Linda) Carter; siblings, Kristen Marie (Mark) Hoh, Richard J. (Janis) Carter, II, and Jamie Michelle Carter; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
