Joyce Kathleen Barnaclo

Joyce Kathleen Barnaclo, age 85, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 4, 1936 to Elgin Clay and Louise Skinner (nee Fester).

Joyce was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, daughter and sister. She was crafty and enjoyed making quilts and crystal rings. She was an animal lover, especially her little dog, Abby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Edward Barnaclo; grandson, Tim Lerch; son-in-law, Dewey "Jim" Bales; parents; siblings, Phyllis Gehlenborg, Elgin Skinner, and Danny Skinner.

Joyce is survived by her beloved children, Susan Bales, Tina (Jeffrey) Brummett, Diane (Jim) Gillespie, Randy Barnaclo, II, Beverly (Jerry) Brummett, Steve aka "Golden Boy" (Mary) Barnaclo, Tammy (Jeff) Hayes; grandchildren, Patrick (Kelli) Bales, Christopher (Paula) Bales, Carly (Vaughn) Cunningham, Alex Brummett, Jennifer Gillespie, Michael Gillespie, Danny (Mia) Gillespie, Randy Barnaclo, III, Anthony Barnaclo, Nicholas (Emily) Lerch, Katie (Adam) Collett, Kyle (Kim) Barnaclo, Zack (Megan) Barnaclo, Sam (Amber) Barnaclo, Emily (Paul) Sanner, Ryan (Elise) Hayes, Matthew Hayes; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren on the way; sister, Kim (Davey) Pierce; and a host of other family members and friends.

Family and friends may gather on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, from 10:30AM to 12:00PM. The funeral service will begin at 12:00PM on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens on Compton Road.
