Julia Ann (Grimes) Thompson, age 53 of Hamilton passed away on April 29, 2013. She was born on February 22, 1960 in Cincinnati the daughter of Richard Curtis and Mabel Julia (Moss) Grimes. Julia enjoyed gardening, the ocean and walking on the beach collecting sea shells, music and cruising in her truck. She loved her dog Speedy and was always an avid dog lover, and she liked fine wining and dining as well as purses and dancing.
She is survived by her son, Daniel James Holtgrefe of Lindenwald; four daughters, Dede Ann Thompson of Cincinnati, Susan Kay Bradshaw of Belleville, Julie Mabel Murray of West College Corner, and Robin Holtgrefe of Hamilton; one sister, Edie Grimes of Flint; four brothers, Rick, Kenny, Denny, and Curt Grimes; sixteen grandchildren; mom, Brenda Fortin; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Jack Grimes; and dad, Art Harding and Howard Ray Harris "Dad Whitey."
