Justin is survived by his mother, Donna Flannery, and step-father Kevin Flannery; daughter, Katelyn R. Strong; son, Justin D. Hedges, Jr.; brothers, Jason (Tracy) Hedges, and Gary (Danielle) Hedges; 1 niece (on the way); 3 nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. In loving memory of Justin, contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
