Karen Phronsie Anderson
April 13, 1937 — January 10, 2022
Anderson, Karen Phronsie age 84, of Springfield Township, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022. She was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky on April 13, 1937 to the late Albert and Golda Rains (nee Lawson).
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, William Rains, Wilma Honeycutt and Odena Rains; and daughters, Udena Huentleman, Latricia Fincher; and infant daughter Julia Estes. Karen is survived by her beloved daughter, Tonia (Kenneth) Sherrer; grandchildren, Tracy Estes, Christopher Alexander, Shawn Alexander, Erica Burns, David Hoyle, Daejhana Wright, Kiyaira Sherrer and Kaleb Sherrer; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Rains; and a host of other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held Monday, January 24, 2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will take place immediately following at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
