Karl "Mike" Thompson, age 55 passed away May 4, 2012. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on January 21, 1957, the son of Carl Jackie Thompson and Nancy Pflanz (nee Woods).
He is survived by his parents, his wife of 26 years, Susan (nee Willenborg) Thompson; children, Alisa Peters and Brad Augenstein; numerous grandchildren; great grandchild, "his little princess" Jayden; sisters, Shelly Bean and Susie; brother, Patrick Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Jo Thompson and his nephew, Taylor Bean.
He loved Nascar, football and baseball. He enjoyed traveling to Gatlinburg, Tennessee with his wife and dog, Molly.
