She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Ballman, grandmother, Hattie Ballman, and sister, Larhnoda Vohl.
Katelyn is survived by her beloved Husband, Josh Wurtz; parents, Fred (Brenda) Herbers; children, Anabelle Pastrimas-Wurtz, Braxton Wurtz, Owen Ballman, Easton Ballman; siblings, Eric (Misty) Ballman, Trenton Vohl, Andrea Vohl, Cameron Ballman, Alexis Pelfrey, Tiffany Herbers, Erin Herbers, Ernie Sizemore, Charity Herbers, Bri Herbers, Elizabeth Gifford; mother- in- law and father-in-law, Gary and Kim Wurtz; sister-in-law, Kayla (Charles) Rutland; and a host of other family members and friends.
