Kenneth P. Huber

Huber, Kenneth P. age 84, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 10, 1932 to Earl H. and Cecelia M. Huber (nee Doerger). Ken was a proud graduate of Elder High School class of 1950, where he was on the football team, assisted in building the Grotto and was a lifelong fan. On August 8, 1953 he was married to Diane Hutchinson. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. Ken was a skilled union carpenter and craftsman but, never boasted of his abilities. He traveled the world with the love of his life, Diane. He loved family, friends, playing bridge, the Bengals, the Reds, and the Elder Panthers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert E. Huber. Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Diane L. Huber (nee Hutchinson); his children, Michael (Kathleen) Huber, Edward (Giselle) Huber, Barbara (Edward) Hoffrogge, Beverly (Michael) Lang, Susan Huber; his grandchildren, Eric (Chantel) Lang, David Huber, Justin (Amber) Lang, Brian (Bobbie) Huber, Adam Hoffrogge, Andrew (Jenni) Huber, Elizabeth (Ben) Sillies, Melissa (Kevin) Wright, Lara (Matt) Reeves, Zachary Hoffrogge, Deanna (Justin) Grider, Jeffrey Huber and Kevin Huber; his twenty-one great-grandchildren, Gage, Ethan, Cohen, Avah, Grayson, Graham, Riley, Abigail, Issac, Linc, Zoe, Fin, Gabe, Logan, Josie, Mason, Lily, Ella, Parker, Cam and Sully; his sisters-in-law, Joan Huber, Carole "Aunt Maggie" Klumb; his brother-in-law, Curt Hutchinson; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

In loving memory of Kenneth, contributions may be made to Elder High School, 3900 Vincent Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45205. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, January 31, 2017 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Our Lady of Victory Parish, 810 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233.
