Lawrence Anthony Lewis newborn, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away August 10, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born August 10, 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Lawrence Edward Lewis and Janice Renee Moore.
Lawrence is survived by his parents Lawrence Edward Lewis and Janice Renee Moore, his twin sister, Mia Renee Lewis as well as a host of family and friends.
Lawrence will be greatly missed.
