McElvain, Leonard Mathew age 91, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 29, 1924 to James Leander McElvain and Mary Gertrude McElvain (nee McDonough).
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Susan Heeter; great-granddaughter, Abigail Bontreger. Leonard is survived by his daughters, Martha (Daniel) Foppe and Patty (David) Ruscher; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and other family members and friends.
In loving memory of Leonard, contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio, 7625 Camargo Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243. Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 29, 2015 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
