Leonard Stevens, Jr.

Stevens, Jr., Leonard age 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 19, 1944 to the late Leonard Stevens, Sr. and Edna Dozier (nee Spivey).

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Betty Farmer and Judy Miller, long time companion, Alberta Rose McDonald, and mother of his children, Reatha Gay Stevens. Leonard is survived by his beloved sons, Robert W. Stevens and David Lee Stevens; siblings, Robert Brown and Linda (Ronald) Troxell; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.

Leonard enjoyed going to the racetrack and watching sports. He was a very caring and loving person to all who knew him; he was known to tell a good joke occasionally.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 3300 Parkcrest Lane Cincinnati, OH 45211. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10am, interment at Baltimore Pike Cemetery will follow.
