Lillie Mae Benton

Lillie Mae Benton passed from time to eternity on Friday, February 4, 2022. She was born to Ruby and Elijah Hopkins on October 31, 1951 in Elsmere, Kentucky.

Lillie was an awesome mother, grandmother, sister and aunt to many. She had unconditional love for her family and friends, no matter the circumstances. She leaves behind her two children, Christie and Brian Scruggs; god-daughter, Sophie Lewis; 8 grandchildren, Troy Hall, Bryana Dunson, Justyn Miller, Kali Scruggs, Kayne Scruggs, Lyric Scruggs, Nehemiah Scruggs, Kingston Scruggs; 5 great grandchildren, Rai'Moni, Javon Freeman, Rion, Khalani, and Chosen Hall; her loving niece, Faith Andrews; loving nephew, Michael Goodman; and siblings, Darlene Goodman, Charlene Coleman, Elvira Harris, Tina Walker, William Hopkins, Glenda Crim, James Hopkins, and Nancy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 from 1pm until the time of service at 2pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals &
Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
