Linda Krebs, age 71, of Alexandria, Kentucky passed away June 29, 2021. She was born in Dayton, Kentucky and raised in Bellevue, Kentucky.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Linda retired from Campbell County Schools in 2012 after more than 30 years as a school bus driver.
Linda had a passion for photography and has taken thousands of photographs of wildlife in and around Campbell County and while on vacations. Many people will remember her from Campbell County Wrestling as the fan with the camera taking pictures of her favorite team. She was an avid reader, enjoyed learning about Campbell County history and loved to swim.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Dorothy, and siblings Mike Murphy (Bellevue, KY) and Patrick Murphy (Ft. Thomas, KY).
Linda is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Krebs; son, David Krebs (Cold Spring, KY); daughter, Denise Krebs (Port St. Lucie, FL); grandchildren Brad Krebs and Faith Krebs (Alexandria, KY); sister, Sheila Murphy (Florence, KY); brothers Vincent Murphy (Ruskin, FL) and Greg Murphy (Florence, KY) and many other family members and friends.
To celebrate Linda's life and in lieu of flowers and services, contributions may be made to Linda's church, St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 1 North Jefferson Street, Alexandria KY 41001.
