VonWahlde, Lori A. age 63, of Burlington, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 20, 1959 to the late Richard and Esther Thomas (nee Buchtmann).
She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Michael Norris and Sarah Norris and brother, Reggie Thomas. Lori is survived by her beloved husband, Mark VonWahlde; daughters, Tiffany (Jason) Hogeback, Jessica VonWahlde, Jessi "Dobbi" (Kyle) Page, Heather VonWahlde, and Sara VonWahlde; daughter-in-law, Amie Rack; grandchildren, Maggie, Isiah, Ana, Lyndsey (Cameron), Jacob, Cassidy, Lucas, Brooklyn, Leeanna, Brandon, Jaxon, Jagger, Archie, Dexter, Kyleigh (Rodney), Jase, Charles and Tatum; great-grandchild, Rahim; brothers, Ken (Pam) Thomas and Jeff (Mary) Thomas; sister-in-law, Jackie Thomas; and a host of other family members and friends.
Lori was a selfless, loving and forgiving woman. She loved her family more than anything in the world and would do anything for them. She lived her life for her children and grandchildren, always wanting everyone around. She loved the noise and chaos of her big family. Equally important was her love for animals-she always had dogs and cats-lots of cats!
She never turned anyone away and would put others' needs above her own. She never held grudges and was the first to forgive, always accepting you for who you were. Lori left a big impact on her family and all who knew her. Her legacy will be one that exemplifies the importance of family and most of all, unconditional love.
In loving memory of Lori, contributions may be made to Cincinnati Animal CARE at www.cincinnatianimalcare.org. A visitation will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 from 10am - 11am followed by a mass at St. Clement Church, 4536 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45217.
