Lynda Jean Orme

Lynda Jean Orme, age 71, of Erlanger, Kentucky, departed this life on September 5, 2024. Born on October 1, 1952, in Covington Kentucky, she was the cherished daughter of Harley and Janice Houser (nee Bertshe).

Lynda had a deep love for her family and treasured moments spent with them. Known for her fondness for cats and her enjoyment of old westerns on television, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Remarkably resilient, Lynda fought to her last days to stay with us until she welcomed her two great-grandchildren into the world, showing the depth of her devotion to her family.

Lynda will be warmly remembered as a beloved wife of 37 years to Mark Orme, and a devoted mother to her children Ashley Moore and Chris (Mandi) Moore, and Stacey Jackson. She was a proud grandmother to James, Alec, and Lyric Moore, Madison and Jackson Moore, CJ and Leeah Jackson as well as a loving great-grandmother to Amara Schardine and Azaylie Washington. Additionally, she is survived by her brothers Jim and Mike Houser, and sisters Debbie Mobbly, and Pam Hoffman, along with a host of other family members and friends who will carry forward her legacy of love.

A celebration of Lynda's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to come together in remembrance of the beautiful impact she had on all of their lives.
