Madlyn McKenzie Weisbrodt-Hair, age 21, of Wilder, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 14, 1999 to Scott and Stephanie Weisbrodt (nee Hail). Maddie loved being outdoors and everything about nature. She loved snow-skiing, four-wheeling, riding dirt bikes, hiking, and camping. Her love for the outdoors sent her to the National Parks where she participated in the Jr. Ranger Program in her younger years, Yellowstone was one of her favorite parks. In high school she played softball and enjoyed playing basketball. She was a lover of all types of music, liked getting tattoos, driving fast cars, and had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her own Daizy, Tucky, Blue, and Sassy. Her favorite color was purple and she integrated it in every aspect of her life. Maddie will be remembered most by her infectious smile, big blue eyes, adventurous and adrenaline seeking soul.
She was preceded in death by her maternal-grandmother, Madlyn Hail.
Madlyn is survived by her beloved wife, Alexandria Hair; daughter, Kinlee Hair; parents, Scott and Stephanie (nee Hail) Weisbrodt, brother, Avery (Melissa) Weisbrodt; maternal-grandfather, Charles Hail; paternal-grandparents, Cheryl (Dick) Merz; uncles, Steven (Rosey) Hail, Marshall (Erin) Hail; aunts, Patricia (Joe) Urban, Samantha (David) Malje, and Karrie (Jeanette) Weisbrodt; godparents, Angie and Albert Cordova; and a host of other family members and friends.
