OYAKAWA, Mariko "Mike" age 77, of Green Township, Ohio born in Montebello, California and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 16, 2014.
She was the loving wife of fifty-eight years of Yoshi Oyakawa after meeting at the Ohio State University. Cherished mother of Catherine (Mikhael) Kobayashi, Steven (Cindy) Oyakawa, Cynthia (Joe) Hauck, Lisa Oyakawa and Jennifer (Matt) Palmer; loving grandmother of Michelle, Amanda, Kevin, Cheryl, Sara, Alex, Abbey, Beckham and Camden; and great-grandmother of Kayla.
Mike was a very active member of the Bridgetown Church of Christ where the memorial services will be held.
