Martha passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Heritage Spring Nursing Home. She was born on September 30, 1926 in Keavy, KY to Lee Proffitt and Loucreacy Proffitt.
She is survived by her Children; Linda Amerson, Sherry Horton, Late Charlie Horton, Dennis Horton, Barb Monning. Dear wife of the Late Lloyd Halcomb. Cherished Grandmother of David (Shawana)Horton, Amy Englert, Chucky Miller, Joey Miller, Johnny Miller, Matthew Miller, Ed Demeris, Nicole Nophel and Tammy Sloane. Myrtle will be missed by a host of family and friends.
Funeral service for Martha Myrtle Halcomb, age 86 of West Chester, will be Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Northwest Chapel. Rev. Wayne Halcomb will officiate. Burial will be in the Meyers Cemetery in Goshen, Ohio. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Northwest Chapel.
